OpsDeck Onboard · Coming next

Employee onboarding without the paperwork chase.

OpsDeck Onboard is employee onboarding software we are building for new joiners in growing Indian businesses. It is not available yet. Book a short call to get early access and tell us how you onboard today.

Coming next. Not available to buy yet.

Why we are building it

Your onboarding process still runs on paperwork.

A new joiner arrives with half the documents, and HR chases the rest on WhatsApp all week. IT is still setting up the login, and admin has not printed the ID card. On the shop floor, the supervisor hears about the new worker that morning.

These are the four questions we will ask you first.

  • ID and address proof, PAN, a cancelled cheque, certificates, photos and the UAN from a previous job. Your onboarding form and document list show us where the chasing starts.

  • HR, IT, admin and the reporting manager each have something to get ready. Knowing who waits on whom tells us where a joining gets stuck.

  • A line worker may need a shift, a safety briefing and an ID card, not a laptop and an email login. Tell us how the two join in your business.

  • No fingerprint enrolled on the reader, no salary account opened, a manager who was not told. Examples from your recent joiners show us which gaps hurt most.

FAQ

Questions about OpsDeck Onboard

Straight answers about what is ready and what is not.

  • No. It is one of the apps we are building next, and you cannot buy or use it yet. What you tell us on an early-access call feeds into the first version.

  • Employee onboarding is the process of getting a new joiner ready to start work. Onboarding software usually keeps that process and its checklist in one place, instead of paper files and WhatsApp. What OpsDeck Onboard covers is still open.

  • We have not set a date. Businesses on early access hear from us when it is ready to try.

  • For the employee record, yes. OpsDeck People holds personal details, department, designation, documents, PF and ESI numbers, and the employee ID. Onboarding new joiners is why we are building Onboard.

  • Like every OpsDeck app: a monthly or a yearly plan, quoted for your setup. We will share prices when it is ready.

  • Every OpsDeck app runs on the same system, and Onboard will too. If you already use OpsDeck apps, tell us which ones.

  • We have not decided that yet. If you take on shop-floor workers as well as office staff, tell us about both.

  • Nothing. Early access is a call about how you work today. You decide later whether to buy.
