HRMS and manufacturing ERP, built for Indian plants

Your Plant Runs On People.

OpsDeck is a manufacturing HRMS that is already live for attendance, shifts, leave, employee records and visitor management. We are extending the same platform into manufacturing ERP - covering inventory, production planning, recipes, quality, batch traceability, job work and GST workflows.

How OpsDeck is put together

One platform. Two connected sides.

Your plant is one operation. Your software should feel like one too. Attendance is in one place. Employee data is in another. Stock sits in Excel. Production is tracked somewhere else. Visitors are still recorded at the gate. By month-end, teams spend time comparing numbers instead of acting on them.

OpsDeck is designed to bring these plant processes together - starting with a live manufacturing HRMS and extending into a connected manufacturing ERP.

People and gate

Live and running in plants today

  • Attendance from biometric, face and mobile, across every unit
  • Multi-shift rosters, including night shifts on the correct wage day
  • Leave with a recorded approval chain
  • Visitor and contractor passes at the gate
  • Payable amount computed from real attendance
  • Role-based access, with sensitive fields hidden

Plant and production

In build on the same base, roughly two thirds done

  • Product recipes with full version history
  • Stock across warehouses, with a permanent movement record
  • Purchase planning that knows your shortfall and your lead times
  • Work orders the floor runs from a scanner
  • Quality checks that stop a job rather than a shipment
  • Batch tracing in both directions, plus GST invoicing
Live today · People and gate

Your workforce changes every shift. Your attendance system should keep up.

OpsDeck is a manufacturing HRMS built for plants with multiple shifts, multiple gates and large workforces. HR, the time office and plant leadership can work from the same employee and attendance data instead of maintaining separate sheets.

  • Capture attendance through biometric, face recognition or mobile. Night-shift punches are assigned to the correct shift and wage day, and missed punches can be corrected with a clear record of who changed them.

  • Build general, rotating and night-shift rosters in one place. Supervisors see who is on which shift, and every change is recorded instead of pencilled onto a printout.

  • Personal details, documents, department, shift and statutory numbers live on one employee master that HR, the time office and payroll all read from.

  • Leave requests move through a recorded approval chain, so anyone can see who applied, who approved and how the balance changed.

  • OpsDeck works with the fingerprint readers and face-recognition devices already at your gates, so rollout does not start with a hardware purchase.

  • Visitor and contractor entries are captured at the gate and can be searched by date, person or company whenever someone asks.

  • HR, the time office, supervisors and plant leadership each get a view built around their work, without wading through everyone else’s screens.

  • Payable amounts are computed from real punches, shifts and approved leave, not from a sheet that someone re-typed at month-end.

  • Role-based access keeps sensitive fields hidden, so each person sees what their role requires and nothing more.

Live today · People and gate

Know who entered your plant - without searching through a register.

Auditors, vendors, customers and contractors walk through your gate every day. When a customer audit asks who was on the premises on a particular afternoon in March, someone goes looking for a book.

A gate register is only useful if you can search it. Ours you can.

  • Passes generated as QR codes, scanned in and scanned out. No illegible entries, no missing exit times.

  • Plant safety instructions travel with the pass, so rules are seen and acknowledged before anyone reaches the floor.

  • Every entry and exit is stored with a timestamp, so answering who was on the premises on a given afternoon takes seconds, not a search through books.

  • Run a single gate or many across units and plants, with every entry landing in the same searchable record.

India compliance

Less chasing. Better records.

Keep employee details, attendance history, approvals and changes in one place so your team can find the information when it is needed for payroll, PF, ESI or an audit. On the manufacturing side, GST invoicing and e-invoicing are part of the ERP build.

  • PF number, ESI number and employee ID on the employee master, not in a parallel sheet held by accounts. Available at the point where a filing is prepared.

  • Punches, corrections and approvals are recorded with who changed what and when, so attendance figures hold up when they are questioned.

  • Employee details, attendance history, approvals and changes stay in one place, ready when an auditor asks for them.

  • GST invoicing and e-invoicing are part of the manufacturing ERP build, so tax sits next to the transaction instead of being rebuilt later.

In build · Plant and production

From raw material to finished goods — build a clearer view of production.

The next stage of OpsDeck is a manufacturing ERP designed around how plants actually make, move and control products. Around 70% of this work is already built, with the core manufacturing data structure, recipes and inventory among the areas furthest along. The goal is simple: connect planning, materials, production, quality and traceability instead of making teams update each one separately.

  • Create product recipes/BOMs with versions and dates. Build products from smaller recipes, track changes and protect sensitive formula details.

  • Work out what a product costs to make — materials, labour and tax — before it is produced, not after the batch closes.

  • Plan material requirements against stock and lead times, so shortfalls show up before a work order is released.

  • Work orders move across the floor from a scanner, so progress is recorded as it happens instead of being written up at the end of a shift.

  • Quality checks sit inside the production flow and can stop a job, rather than a problem being found at dispatch.

  • Follow a batch from raw material to finished goods, or back from a shipment to every input that went into it.

  • Recipe changes are versioned and dated, so the floor works from the current formula and earlier versions stay on record.

  • Track material sent out for job work and what comes back, so outsourced steps stay part of the same record.

  • Stock across warehouses with a permanent movement record, so every receipt, issue and transfer can be traced.

  • GST invoicing and e-invoicing happen where the transaction happens, instead of being reconstructed at month-end.

Why one system

The punch and the work order are the same record.

This is the part that is hard to buy from two vendors, and it is the reason to look at OpsDeck at all.

  1. Worker punches in at the gate

  2. His job becomes available to start

  3. His hours price the labour on that batch

  4. Margin on that batch is known when it closes

In two systems

  • Four spreadsheetsand a monthly reconciliation
  • Two employee listsThat drift apart quietly
  • Labour costedAt an assumed rate
  • Margin knownAt month end, if at all

In OpsDeck

  • Nobody starts a jobon a shift they are not on
  • Labour costedfrom hours actually worked
  • Material leaves stockWhen it is scanned into the job
  • Margin knownwhen the batch closes

Add a module later and it extends a system your people already use. Not a second vendor and a second login.

Data governance

Keep sensitive manufacturing information in the right hands.

Your recipe is the business. The floor needs to make the product, not know the ratios. Most systems treat this as a reporting problem. We treat it as a design rule.

  • Choose which fields are masked, and name the roles allowed to reveal them.

  • When someone reveals a masked field, OpsDeck records who looked and when.

  • Printouts and exports follow the same masking rules as the screen, so sensitive details do not leak onto paper.

  • Original records stay exactly as they were entered. Corrections are added on top with a clear trail, never written over the source.

Rollout and support

Built for real plant teams - not just software teams.

  • A supervisor hits a snag, records the screen inside the platform and sends it. The AI layer reads it, fixes it and ships the fix to the live system. No ticket, no waiting for a release, and none of the usual two days spent establishing what "leave page not working" actually meant. It also watches for problems before anyone runs into them.

  • Access is issued and managed inside the platform, so credentials are never passed around in chat messages.

  • Guided walkthroughs inside OpsDeck help new users learn the screens they need without waiting for a classroom session.

  • OpsDeck can carry your company’s name and branding, so your people see your system, not a vendor’s.

  • Plants run through the night, so support and the AI layer keep watching when the office has gone home.
