Why we are building it
Machine maintenance still waits for a breakdown.
A machine stops mid-shift and the operator calls the fitter on WhatsApp. Oiling and service dates live in a register, or in one person’s head. When a part is needed, someone walks to stores to check if it is there.
These are the four questions we will ask you first.
