What it does

A website form builder for applications and enquiries.

Most website forms end in an inbox or a download. Someone copies each response into Excel, then again into another system. OpsDeck Forms sends every submission straight to the app that uses it.

Every submission lands in the right place.

  • Create a job application form or a contact form in OpsDeck and choose the fields. Paste the HTML embed code OpsDeck gives you on your careers or contact page. No developer work beyond the paste.

  • Every application from your careers page is saved in OpsDeck Recruit. Each CV is scored 0–100% against the job description, so HR reads the best matches first.

  • Every enquiry from your contact page goes into OpsDeck CRM as a new lead. It sits with the rest of your leads and customers, not in someone’s inbox.

  • Each submission is saved once, in Recruit or CRM. HR and sales follow up from that record, not from a spreadsheet copy.

  • OpsDeck Forms comes with OpsDeck Recruit and OpsDeck CRM. It is not sold on its own.
